Yawo.life is a volunteer driven meeting platform that uses a self-selection exercise, created for intentional and responsible Christian singles who have a common interest of getting married. Someone may ask why we emphasize marriage. Well, we strongly encourage relationships with definitive goals in mind. That is not to say that we do not believe in the process of friendship and courtship but we emphasize marriage from the beginning of prospective relationships because that’s the plan of God for every Man-woman romantic relationship.

Marriage has always been a God-idea from the beginning of time. Genesis 2:18 spells out God’s intention of providing companionship and help in the accomplishment of His divine purpose. Proverbs 18:22 also talks about marriage as a good thing that releases God favour.

Our mission therefore, is to help create an avenue for Christian singles who are mature and ready to settle, meet, interact and learn scriptural principles that will help their journeys into the institution of marriage.

Yawo.life also gives participants on our platform an opportunity to meet at least 10 eligible prospects. How? Let’s take for example, when we organize an event and we have at least 20 people in attendance, both sexes in equal numbers, a female participant would get an opportunity to meet 10 serious-minded men to select from which is quite high when juxtaposed with real-life situations. It is a fact that most married people today did not get the opportunity of meeting more than 5 people who were ready to get married at the time they did.
This is where it gets better. If a participant does not get a person of interest, S/he can come back to try again at subsequent events and meet a new set of prospective partners without their privacy been compromised.

The best part of this concept is that it is non-denominational, non-tribalistic, non-discriminatory and also absolutely free!
